Pelican Marsh is ideally located in North Naples about one and one-half miles from one of the area’s best beach fronts. New shopping and dining facilities are within blocks and it is close to the Philharmonic Center for the Arts. We are blessed with beautifully landscaped communities and roads. Lakes are numerous and the 133 acres of nature preserves provide a terrific environment for wildlife including eagles and wading birds along with many other interesting creatures. Pool and lake fountains located throughout are quite photogenic.
The residents have a number of amenities that will continually be expanded and improved. Center Court, the name for our tennis facilities, have recently been expanded and the programs for both avid and casual tennis buffs are numerous and available to all property owners. Our Community Center adjacent to Center Court houses the fitness center, spa facilities, computer center, meeting room and administrative staff. Many activities such as shopping, sports events, and concert trip are organized to suit the interests of the residents.
One of the most prestigious, beautiful, and yet severely challenging golf courses winds throughout the “Marsh.” It is visible to most home sites. The Golf Club of Pelican Marsh is a private club and memberships are available.
There are 25 named communities within Pelican Marsh. Over 50% of the dwellings are of the multi-family type and the remainders are single-family homes. About 40% of our residents with an average age of 58 live here full time.
